The church is known as the 'Parish of Kings' because of its historic affiliation and its position next to the Louvre Museum.
The three women had lunch and then relaxed with some retail therapy at Left Bank's Yves St. Laurent, Lola and Christian Lacroix boutiques.
Eva, 32, then had dinner with her future mother-in-law Pamela Firestone, and Tony's younger brother T.J. at two-star restaurant Apicius. The group enjoyed lobster ravioli, asparagus salad, veal and vanilla soufflé.
